Coffalyser.Net™ and Coffalyser digitalMLPA™ are both free data analysis programs made and supported by MRC Holland. Coffalyser.Net has been specifically designed for the analysis of conventional MLPA® experiments, while Coffalyser digitalMLPA can be used to analyse digitalMLPA™ experiments.

Both programs support the entire analysis workflow, from the import of raw data to advanced quality controls.
