Coffalyser.Net and Coffalyser digitalMLPA are both free data analysis programs made and supported by MRC Holland. Coffalyser.Net has been specifically designed for the analysis of conventional MLPA experiments, while Coffalyser digitalMLPA can be used to analyse digitalMLPA experiments.

Both programs support the entire analysis workflow, from the import of raw data to advanced quality controls.
