You can find an overview of the regions targeted by all of our products in custom tracks on the UCSC Genome Browser. These tracks offer a simple and efficient way to explore our product catalogue, and can help you quickly find out if we have products for your gene or region of interest.
To browse our products by application, see our assay finder.
These tracks are currently in beta. Please read the disclaimer below. Feedback is welcome.
Disclaimer
Every effort has been made to ensure that the information in these tracks is correct. However, inaccuracies are possible. Please verify the information against the official product documentation on the product page before making important decisions. Direct links to the product pages can be found by clicking on a probe in the genome browser.
These tracks are intended to allow you to browse through our products. They are not intended to replace exact probe sequence information provided in official product documentation. In case of inconsistencies, the official product documentation always takes precedence.
Also note the following:
Tracks are updated periodically. New products or recent product updates may not yet be available.
Displayed target sequences are approximations. For some probes, target sequences may differ slightly (e.g. by a few nucleotides).
For some probes with proprietary sequences, the (entire) nearest exon is shown as the target sequence.
Because not all target sequences are exact, the tracks should not be used to identify MLPA probemixes that can be used to confirm digitalMLPA results, and vice versa.
Reference probes and flanking probes are included in the track. Confirm the purpose of the probes and products with the official product documentation. Contact us if you are unsure which of our products best suits your needs.
