Where can I find the exact sequences recognised by MLPA and digitalMLPA probes?

Complete target sequences of most MLPA probes can be found in a Probe sequences Excel file that can be downloaded from the Product documentation section on the relevant product page.

Complete target sequences of digitalMLPA probes are not available, but the Probe Information File (PIF) of the probemix contains partial target locations of most probes.

The exact target sequences of some MLPA and digitalMLPA probes are proprietary.

If you want to find out whether we have a probemix for your gene or region of interest, you can also browse the targets of all of our products in the UCSC Genome Browser.

Note

Contact us if you need more information to verify a single-probe copy number variation or another type of unexpected result. We can also assist you in determining if an identified SNV is expected to affect a probe's signal.
