Coffalyser.Net highlights probe labels in several electropherograms to visualise which probe signals were expected or unexpected, and whether their signals were above or below 10% of the median signal of the reference probes. These highlights are visible in the genomic profile tab of the fragment analysis sample results explorer and in the Electropherograms tab of the comparative analysis sample results explorer, and are intended to help identify unexpected situations at a glance.

Probes with a lavender label are not counted in the probe counter, but will generate results in the comparative analysis.
The dots that mark individual probe peaks in the Electropherograms tab of the comparative analysis sample results explorer are also coloured based on the results from the comparative analysis. Their colours follow the same rules as the colours of the probe dots in ratio charts (see the Coffalyser.Net Reference Manual, Appendix I).
