We have a data demo set available with sample data of SALSA MLPA Probemix P008 PMS2 that serves to provide an idea of possible results that can be obtained with this probemix. This demo set can also be used to familiarise yourself with Coffalyser.Net and the way MLPA results are presented by the software.
The data demo set contains the following items:
- A PDF file with instructions for the analysis and a description of the included samples.
- FSA files (*.fsa), which can be used to do the complete analysis from start to finish.
- An archive with sample reports, which can be used to have a look at the most important sample results without analysing the data. For more information about the output generated by Coffalyser.Net see the Coffalyser.Net Reference Manual.
