We have several data demo sets available with sample data of different SALSA^® digitalMLPA™ probemixes that serve to provide an idea of possible results that can be obtained with these probemixes. These demo sets can also be used to familiarise yourself with Coffalyser digitalMLPA™ and the way digitalMLPA results are presented by the software.

Each data demo set contains the following items:

• A PDF file with instructions for the analysis and a description of the included samples.
• A FASTQ (*.fastq.gz) file, which can be used to do the complete analysis from start to finish.
• An archive with Coffa files (*.coffa). A Coffa file contains the sequencing output and several analysis properties of a single digitalMLPA reaction (more information). Analysis using Coffa files is faster than using a FASTQ file, and the downloads are much smaller.
• An archive with Sample Results PDF reports and ratios, which can be used to have a look at the most important sample results without analysing the data. For more information about the output generated by Coffalyser digitalMLPA, see the Coffalyser digitalMLPA User Manual.

The following data demo sets are available. FASTQ files are very large – if you are limited by bandwidth or hard-drive space, you may wish to use Coffa files for the analysis, or you may wish to only examine the Sample Results PDF reports.
