Do you have digitalMLPA sample data available?

We have several data demo sets available with sample data of different digitalMLPA probemixes that serve to provide an idea of possible results that can be obtained with these probemixes. These demo sets can also be used to familiarise yourself with Coffalyser digitalMLPA and the way digitalMLPA results are presented by the software.

Each data demo set contains the following items:

  • A PDF file with instructions for the analysis and a description of the included samples.
  • A FASTQ (*.fastq.gz) file, which can be used to do the complete analysis from start to finish.
  • An archive with analysis results, reports and ratios, which can be used to have a look at the most important sample results without analysing the data. For more information about the output generated by Coffalyser digitalMLPA, see the Coffalyser digitalMLPA User Manual.
