This article lists the size markers available in Coffalyser.Net and their defined fragment sizes. This list may be used to determine if Coffalyser.Net is able to recognise your size marker of choice.
Warning
The Applied Biosystems GeneScan 500 size marker with LIZ or ROX label is the only marker permitted for use with IVD-registered probemixes. See the (MS-)MLPA General Protocol for details. In addition, some size markers are not suitable for the vast majority of MLPA experiments, e.g. because their fragment range is too limited. Use a size marker recommended in the (MS-)MLPA General Protocol for your capillary electrophoresis device if possible.
