It is not possible to combine raw data or other MLPA intermediates from different experiments for comparison in one analysis.
Variation can be introduced during all steps of an experiment. Since MLPA is a relative technique, only samples that have completed the entire MLPA procedure together in the same experiment can be compared. However, it is possible to compare the final probe ratios from different experiments.
