Coffalyser.Net supports a large number of keyboard shortcuts to minimise the number of mouse clicks required to analyse an experiment. The most important shortcuts are listed below divided into two sections: shortcuts specific to certain dialogs that can be useful during the analysis workflow, and more general shortcuts for things like saving/exporting data. You can also view the available shortcuts in a list organized per dialog.
Shortcuts specific to certain dialogs
These shortcuts work in a specific dialog or tab, and can be useful to speed up your analysis workflow.

General shortcuts
Some shortcuts work in multiple places in the Fragment Analysis Sample Results Explorer, the Comparative Analysis Experiment Explorer and the Comparative Analysis Sample Results Explorer. Many of these shortcuts work differently in dialogs with grids (spreadsheet-like lists with values) or charts (e.g. ratio charts and electropherograms).
