How do I find which version of Coffalyser digitalMLPA I have?

You can find the version of a downloaded Coffalyser digitalMLPA™ software package in the copy of the release notes (PDF) in the _Documentation folder in the location where you unpacked Coffalyser digitalMLPA. The release notes list the version of the software package as a whole and the versions of all modules. The versions of the modules used in the analysis of an experiment are also listed in the General Details and Sample Results reports.

Modules

Coffalyser digitalMLPA consists of several modules that are bundled in a single software package: configuration, data conversion, fragment analysis, comparative analysis, extended analysis and reporting. Each module has a version number, but the software package as a whole also has a version number that is increased every time one or more of the modules are updated.
