Which NGS systems can be used for digitalMLPA?

Our digitalMLPA technique is compatible with all Illumina sequencing platforms. This includes the iSeq, MiniSeq, MiSeq, NextSeq 500/550, NextSeq 1000/2000 and NovaSeq.

The digitalMLPA technique is currently not suitable for other NGS systems, including the Ion Torrent.
