Which NGS systems can be used for digitalMLPA?

Our digitalMLPA technique is compatible with all Illumina sequencing platforms. This includes the iSeq, MiniSeq, MiSeq, NextSeq 500/550, NextSeq 1000/2000 and NovaSeq.

We are currently validating digitalMLPA on several other NGS platforms, including platforms from GeneMind, Salus and Element. Contact us to learn more about platform compatibility and validation status.

The digitalMLPA technique is currently not suitable for the Ion Torrent platform.
