Some users have reported problems when using DNA extracted by the QIAGEN EZ1 robot. QIAGEN have provided the attached supplementary protocol that has been optimized for conventional MLPA, but which will also help improve digitalMLPA experiments. We therefore recommend the use of this protocol for all users of the QIAGEN EZ1.
