We may contact you when you are subscribed to one of our mailing lists, when we need to contact existing customers, or when you have a license for one of our software packages. We try to keep the number of messages to a minimum. If you nevertheless wish to unsubscribe from some or all messages, read the instructions below for more details.

Click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the mailing or contact us to unsubscribe.

Product notifications

Your favourite products are listed on the Favourite Products page in the account menu in the top-right corner of the website (requires logging in). To unsubscribe from notifications about a particular product, click on the product name to visit the product page and click on the yellow star to remove the product from your favourites (step-by-step instructions with screenshots).

You can also unsubscribe from all product notifications at once by unticking the box in the Updates section and pressing the Update subscriptions button. You can also access this option through the Profile page.

Coffalyser.Net and Coffalyser digitalMLPA notifications

It is not possible to unsubscribe from notifications about our analysis software packages as long as you have an active license, as we need to be able to contact you in case of important (safety) notifications. This is disclosed on the download pages of the software packages and in our privacy policy.

If you no longer wish to receive notifications about the software, you can revoke your license. To do so, log in to your MRC Holland account and visit the Software page. Select the relevant software package and click the Revoke license button at the bottom of the page.

Other communications or account removal

Please contact us if you have any questions, cannot find a suitable unsubscribe option, or wish to remove your MRC Holland account completely.
